Are your products suitable for children?

BunnBe creations are decorative pieces and are not intended for play. They are not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is recommended at all times. Please follow all care and handling instructions provided.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. We accept custom and made-to-order pieces. Production time for custom orders is up to 30 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders may be canceled before shipping.
  • Made-to-order items may be canceled within 3 days of payment, provided production has not started.
  • After this period, the order is considered in production and cannot be canceled.
